New Concept Skills Pvt Ltd is one of the Organization based out of the District Headquarter of East Champaran District of Bihar, having more than 3 Years of Experience in the field of Skill Development, Rural Mobilization, Social Awareness among rural Group. The Organization is having a good outreach in terms of resource in all the Districts of Bihar. The outreach USP is the Employment linked Skill Development Training that has been imparted and connecting the youth to livelihood opportunities in various Sectors like Construction, Retail, Apparel, Agriculture, etc. The Organization is keen in diversifying its business area by partnering with various stakeholders for mutual growth. Organization is having an annual turnover of 80 Lakhs Per Annum and competent enough to execute the Business Opportunities through its setup and regular Employees of around 12 People for Administration and Managerial executions. Apart from this for timely execution of the proposed project we are having more than 200 Electrician trained through our various Skill Development Institutes. The Objective of the organization through its previous experience of Skill Development, Rural & Urban Outreach to expand in various sectors like Education, Construction, Power in which the previous experience and resources can be en-cashed for mutual inclusive growth The Organization also wishes expand its business through the following objectives like 1. Create a pool of Skilled People in various sectors like Apparel, Agriculture, Construction, Retail and other potential sectors 2. Setting up of Enterprise at Rural Level for creating the Job Opportunities at Local Level for the Sectors Envisaged above in 2 Phases. 3. Setting up of Agro Advisory Services along with Farming with the aim to increase the productivity by promoting the crops like High Value Agriculture by collaborating with existing farmers 4. Setting up of Apparel Units small and Medium Scale with the Target for marketing with B & C Grade Towns and Villages
