To establish, manage & run educational institute, schools, universities, distance & online education, vocational training, skill development courses with aim of working for the betterment of society at large. To provide and promote 21stcentury education which will incorporate science and technologies, creativity, student centred and inquiry based learning, in furtherance of public good.2. To establish, build, run, partnership, franchise or sponsor educational institutions, schools, colleges, hostels, wellness centres, vocational training centres etc. To provide expert advice, consultancy services, courses of instruction, tuitions, lectures, internships, language trainings, counselling, various healing therapies, educational research and training.3. To collaborate, tie up joint ventures etc., with other societies/organisations pursuing the objective similar to those of the Foundation on a non-commercial basisand to participate in central & state Government schemes and implementation thereof for the betterment of society. To work for the betterment & development of society at large by organising various social events/ programmes such as alleviation of poverty, gender equality & work for the weaker section of society etc. and accept grants of money, securities or property of any kind on such terms asmayseem expedient.4. To establish, administer, manage and run educational institutions with the object of removing educational backwardness and create educational social awareness with the national ideals of justice, liberty, equality, fraternity and democracy, secularism and socialism and social welfare and educational improvement of the people of our country.5. To carry on community development programmes/activities also construct and develop the Community Halls, Orphanages, Old Age homes, Libraries, Charitable Dispensaries, Yoga, Meditation, Wellness Centres hostels for students and staffs and promote and research Ayurvedic products and services. To establish and maintain institutions for the handicapped, women, poor and needy persons by vocationaltraining and workshops, semi-skilled and self defence trainings.6. To undertake, organise and facilitate conferences, seminars, lecturesand research in matters relating to different culture patterns of international society. To produce, print, publish and distribute any literature, magazines, books, ebooks, films, videos and digital media channels.The doing of all such other lawful things as considered necessary for the furtherance of the above objects.Provided that the company shall not support with its funds, or endeavor to impose on, or procure to be observed by its members or others, any regulations or restrictions which ,as on object of the company ‚would make it a trade union.
