We are a recruitment consulting business and we got registered in Jan 2022 but started our operations in November 2023.Professionally I along with my mentors hai 8+ years of experience working for consulting companies to handle talent acquisition.We are currently operating as a legacy recruitment business catering to clients like Adobe, Statusneo etc by providing finding the best talent from the marketplace and working towards generating cash flow work to work on following Idea:Talent Marketplace which only showcase active/screened candidates against the opened requirement with feature of AI matching, Summary based on the screening (currently each company has to pay equal vendor fee no matter the urgency. Looking at that, our fee for each candidate will be dynamic based on set parameters). This allows HR professionals keep hiring cost low and can deliver quality talent resulting in revenue growth
