The government has successfully promoted pharmaceutical companies and continues to do so, but these companies are facing challenges in optimizing their internal processes, adopting ERP systems, managing marketing expenses, and securing export orders. To address these challenges, there is a need for a reliable entity that can manage export marketing, generate valuable leads, comply with changing regulations, and serve as a trustworthy partner for pharmaceutical importers.To address these challenges, a comprehensive platform is being proposed to facilitate the entire order fulfillment process from requirement gathering to delivery for foreign partners. This platform will manage all aspects of the foreign partner's requirements and provide a one-stop solution for purchasing generic pharmaceuticals. The proposed platform will also act as a consultant and order fulfillment entity, selecting the appropriate manufacturer from its portfolio to reduce costs and streamline the order fulfillment process. In addition, the platform will manage all compliances and provide quality testing and certifications.For manufacturers, the platform will help source raw materials, packing materials, and manage logistics by providing a single platform that fosters competitive pricing for better quality. The platform will also assist manufacturers in implementing status tracking and other relevant technologies to streamline their processes. Ultimately, the proposed platform will enable manufacturers to enter new markets and expand their reach.
