Next Best Solutions Pvt. Ltd was founded in the year 2012 (formerly known as Enrich Solutions- founded in 2010) as a small effort to provide an affordable and advanced learning and networking platform for academic institutions and corporates. CLAP ‐ Centre for Learning and Advanced Practice is the leader in 'Career Mapping and Employability Quotient Development' since its inception as a learning and development arm of Next Best Solutions Pvt.Ltd. CLAP has emerged as the only 'world record holding' career mapping company ‐ globally with two patented assessment tools. CLAP supports more than 1,30,000 students across India and abroad in choosing and moulding themselves to be the best fit for the industry. CLAP unique ideology is to train the ecosystem rather than training just the individual, as the ecosystem provides the space for the individual to implement the learning. So CLAP follows a 360 degree learning & development mechanism to develop a professional out of an individual. The major emphasis is on Career Potential Assessment Test which is mostly sought after by the age group 13-18, where there is a large population of 12 million at any given point of time. They require the support in career mapping. Students spend 70% of their adult life at the workplace. Career decisions are one of the most important decisions in a student's academic and professional journey. It is essential that these decisions are made with utmost care and expertise. The child who knows his potentials, interests and skills will be more focussed and can land up in their right choice of education and career. We cater the age group 14 – 22 to map their career by assessing various parameters and help them to be in the career by choice. We blend artificial intelligence and machine learning with strategic human interventions to enable career success. We aim to minimize human bias in the career decision making process. We leverage technology and research to help students, parents, schools, counsellors in making informed career decisions. Our platform and experts together simplify this process. Currently we are developing a fully AI powered career mapping platform which will be functional by mid of 2019. This will avoid all the physical interventions including counselling. This will act as career/academic/course counselling buddy in the mobile with a regular engagement for the student. The major focus will be to launch and promote this One Stop Solution for all career needs – My Mentor by CLAP. This will make us the numero uno in the career mapping/ counselling / skill mapping industry catering to a million students by 2020, and making us a million dollar company!
