Next Drive Transportation and Services Private Limited a Hyderabad based start-up has come up with a solution for this in the form of a service called “Driverzz – Any Time Driver” which provides on-demand professional, trained and reliable chauffeurs. This service can be availed through a mobile app (Google / Apple stores), website and a call-center. The quest in solving their daily problems has resulted in tech-savvy couple Hitachandra Kanaparti and Madhuri Kanaparti, strong believers in the philosophy of “technology is an enabler for addressing day-day challenges”, starting Next Drive in 2015. Some of their close friends and family members who shared a similar passion supported and joined them in building Next Drive. Driverzz was launched in October 2016 as a pilot for a sample segment of users and the over-whelming response encouraged them to do a market launch in March 2017 across all user segments in Hyderabad. The passion in connecting with consumer pain points and providing a service / product to address these problems is what motivates and keeps the team racing ahead. There are multiple players offering this service especially in the un-organized sector, but the checks that a driver from Driverzz goes through before being deployed to a customer is a key differentiator and advantage that Driverzz has. The training process, usage of customer feedback analytics in building and imparting training programs for the drivers is another key differentiator. Quality is the by-product of the above factors which is the end result delivered to customers.
