As an accomplished fitness and yoga trainer with over 10 years of experience in hand. I would like to be part of fitness daily in order to contribute to its success by deploying excellent physical training programs. I am special in treating diabetes and blood pressure patients. recently i found a herbal tea and syrup to treat lot of diseases such as fever, cold , asthama, gastric ,and diabetes etc. it was named as CYAS BHARAT AUSHADHI CHAI which can solves many health problems through having twice a day. i am still working on my research. My herbal consumption is definitely control both of them soon I am going to make them come to light. Yoga is an art as well as a science. It is a science, because it offers practical methods for controlling body and mind, thereby making deep meditation possible. And it is an art, for unless it is practiced intuitively and sensitively it will yield only superficial results.
