Under our parent companyNiavic Deli & Leisure Pvt Ltd, we are envisioning to operate in three verticals within the food and beverage landscape – Gourmet & Experiential Delivery Kitchens, QSR (quick service restaurants) and Luxury to mid-market cafés &restaurants. We have planned to launch a variety of brands,all our brands will offer different concepts and cuisines to our customers. Our menus will represent plethora of innovativeness & distinctiveness. Our aim is to cater to every segment within our society, whether it’s a working professional or a student, from housewives to senior level executives, from an entrepreneur to a hustler For our delivery kitchen vertical, we will generate revenue by receiving food orders through online food aggregators like Zomato, Swiggy& other such platforms. The food will be prepared and delivered from our state-of-art, tech-enabled, multi-brand kitchens. Our customers will also be able to place their ordersthrough our websites∫eractive mobile applications. The delivery will be shared between the aggregators and our kitchens, we have planned to hire and train our own licensed delivery fleet equipped with latest GPS technology. For our QSR & Fine Dine segment, our customers will be able to enjoy quality time with their friends & family at our tastefully designed cafes and restaurants while relishing their favorite cuisines from immaculately curated menus by our stellar chefs. Our customers will have varied options to pay for their orders and settle their bills, they can either pay by Cash upon receiving the bill or delivery, or use all major banks Debit or Credit Card, UPI wallet or UPI linked bank account will also be possible. We will set-up a robust system to gather and respond to customer feedback and ensuring them world-class services. Under our innovation strategy, we aim to launch newer products frequently to offer variety to our customers
