Nihalani Biosciences develops patent-clean, green-chemistry synthesis routes for complex APIs/KSMs and licenses them through an asset-light “shared manufacturer” model. We (1) design novel, non-infringing routes, (2) prove them via GMP kilo-lab pilots up to 10–1000 kg in <12 weeks, and (3) deploy at partner CDMOs with digital-twin QC/ESG oversight. This addresses India’s ~70% import dependence on China for APIs/KSMs, activates idle FDA-approved capacity, and enables rapid commercialisation without capex.
