Resistance wire is used in electrical appliances, electronic components, technological hardware solutions, scientific instruments, aeronautical industry etc. To feed Indian demand of ultra fine resistance wire the finished goods of resistance wire is imported from foreign countries on very high price. If the resistance wire is manufactured in India the cost of production will be very low because the foreign companies have their very big establishments and their production cost is very high. The product processing is very highly technical so two or three major world leading manufacturing companies are manufactured this product. and close monitoring of the diameter. Wires are drawn through tungsten carbide or diamond drawing. to create the dies highest quality products .Such is the requirement to draw precisely the right wire diameter that Scott Precision Wire has its own die shop facility, cutting and polishing exactly the right die profiles to achieve the resistance specification. Every reel or drum dispatched undergoes a series of rigorous quality checks to confirm the wire complies with the specification.
