Nilasa Tech (OPC) Private Limited is a technology startup digitising India's unorganised kiryana (kirana) store segment through a four-application hyperlocal commerce ecosystem. Dukaandaari (core platform) gives kiryana store owners a POS system with barcode scanner, inventory management, udhari (credit) customer tracking, helper staff management, online order acceptance, dukaan settings, custom barcodes, restocking management, payout history, and a store dashboard — on a subscription model. GoLocalIn (consumer app) lets users place online orders from nearby kiryana stores with price comparison, cart sharing, a "Pay for Me" option for users without digital payment access, order history, referrals, and receipt generation. GoLocalIn Rider (logistics app) manages last-mile delivery — riders accept orders, track earnings, and request payouts. Supports partner and self-delivery models. Dukaandaari Agent (supply-side app) enables brand and company agents to register, manage service areas, fulfil restocking orders from kiryana stores, and onboard new stores via referrals. The platform uniquely integrates four stakeholder groups — store owners, consumers, riders, and brand agents — in one ecosystem, bringing digital retail infrastructure to India's 12–15 million kiryana stores and enabling hyperlocal commerce across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
