About Us Nishka Corporate Solutions LLP is a young and ambitious Start-Up. The company has been conceptualised and is run by two very energetic, dynamic and out of the box thinking professionals who have a passion for quality and meeting deadlines. We have a vision of being a leading Training ,Corporate Voice Over solutions and General Transcription service provider. At a later stage we plan to expand from general Transcription to Market Research as well. The founders of the company have worked extensively on the ground and have the backing of management degrees and 3 decades of combined work experience with various market leaders. We believe that the knowledge and experience that we have can drive businesses and corporates which are eager to learn, adapt and be future ready. About The Founders:  Anindya: I have around 20 years’ experience in Channel Sales, ITES Operations and more than a decade’s experience in Automotive Sales Training. I have worked with leading commercial vehicle manufacturers and Training companies which has given me the opportunity to get exposed to entire spectrum of the automobile industry. I have been involved in the entire process of training cycle, i.e. TNI, Designing of the training programs, training content designing, delivery and post delivery sessions. I specialise in Automotive product, dealership process and soft skill trainings. I have a Masters degree in International Business from the university of Lucknow.  Namrata: She has around 10 years experience in Education sales, Management education, Academic writing and General Transcription. She has worked with various leading education companies and taught in management institute. She has a flair of teaching / training and she handles the Soft skills training, Transcription and Corporate Voice Over vertical. She is an MBA from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur. Why Us? We as founders are experts in what we do and our moto is Quality and On time delivery. We function PAN India. Our Start-up is fully in house funded. Since the founders have worked in the industry we know on how to strike a balance between our profitability and generating value for our customers. Service Offering: Product and Soft Skills Training: Our country has the highest number of young and educated professionals / young employees who need to be skilled up regularly to be able to sustain the competition. To become a successful business, the company not only needs a good product and network, it also needs to have the right candidate who is appropriately trained and monitored regularly. This is where Nishka Corporate Solutions LLP steps in. We take up end to end or issue specific training projects. We as Training professionals have gone through a rigorous internal certification, during our working life and we are equipped to deliver the following trainings through us / team.  Classroom training.  One to one field training.  Field observations.  Training and Internal company process / training implementation audits.  Dealership process audits. I offer solutions in:  Semi Technical trainings (product trainings for OEM Dealer staff).  Sales Process training.  Selling Skills.  Customer service skills.  Behavioural Trainings.  Communications and presentation skills.  Negotiation skills. Corporate Voice Over / General Transcription: This vertical is handled by my co founder Namrata Saraf Roy Choudhury. For the Corporate Voice Over the voice would be of Namrata. Namrata specializes in voice over for corporate films, promotion material and audible training content. For General Transcription, we specialize in Hindi to Hindi and Hindi to English projects. We are open to projects for other languages as well.
