Oyster locks is a company with a vision to manufacture interlocking paver blocks with less cost compared to present in the market with low maintenance cost. To produce interlocking paver blocks with less cost and low maintenance cost without affecting the nature. Utilization of waste materials in nature for production of interlock paver rather than exploiting nature. To change the basic raw materials used in manufacturing interlock. The uniqueness of this product is using of oyster shell powder which can give the same strength in the existing product in the market with lesser price. It can reduce the maintenance cost ,as in the present product in the market any cracks comes we need to remove the paver but in our product if any cracks happens it will heal itself by retaining 80% of strength due to the presence of calcium content in oyster shell powder. Here we are using oyster shell powder which can replace the cement and chemical by giving the same composition of usage of white cement in manufacturing interlocking paver blocks. In this, in top layer which is known as Grout, we use M-Sand , Oyster shell powder, Redoxide and Jelly. In Bottom layer we use concrete of M25 mix. This material can give the same strength with lesser price compared to the same product available present in the market.
