We implement contextualised and evidence-based quality improvement approach through improving capacities of staff and relevant stakeholders in identifying, understanding gaps and feasible gradual ways of integrating changes to improve patient safety and health outcomes. The NHI supports healthcare facilities in developing localised context-specific tools, standard operating procedures, and digital platform to monitor progress on quality improvement related indicators. We are a multi-disciplinary, dedicated and highly experienced group of experts in form of an LLP at an early stage of traction for making quality improvement methods adapted and adopted in healthcare systems.
