The business relies heavily on hiring of engineers, business graduates, MBAs and post graduates from different sectors for delivery of its services. Also, the vision of the company is to engage in IT consulting projects with the Government of India, for which being registered as a Start-up is required in order to be eligible to participate in government tenders.
