BACKGROUND • Nomistar Resources Private Ltd. was incorporated in 2006. • The meaning of Nomistar is derived from the Japanese word Nomi- meaning beautiful and delightful, along with star being the leading light. • The company- Nomistar Resources Private Ltd. started out as a trading house for fertilizers, ferrous & non-ferrous metals and ferrous scrap for supply to the steel and metal industry along with OEM manufacturers for the auto industry in India and Southeast Asia. • Over the last 5 years we have diversified and created verticals and subsidiaries for fields such as Defence, and Cyber Security, EV/Renewables and Oil & Gas infrastructure and Consulting. • The aim of creating separate verticals and subsidiaries is to capitalize on our strengths and to take advantage of the policies of the Indian government, which seek to promote mid-size local companies towards creating partnerships in India OUR VALUES Our Values reflect our purpose and the beliefs by which we conduct ourselves and carry out our business activities.
