Admission process in most institutions are haphazard and completely unstructured and majorly Offline . Marketing spends are ad hoc, application forms are paper led or at best pdf forms, data is never pooled at any stage and trends-analytics is almost nonexistent. Our suite of products are digitizing and enabling education institutions to manage the complete admission cycle from Enquiry management to Application automation to payment collection to issuance of final admissions offer. Our goal is PaperLess admission process in india , which will bring transparency and huge efficiency for colleges and students both . Currently product is used by 1716 Staff (from Chancellor , Director Admission , Marketing Head , Registrar to Counsellor) across dept in 121 Institutions . Around 3 lacs students used platform to submit their application form for these institutions in past one year . There has been a tectonic shift in Admission process management of our partner institutions they have seen Optimization of 30% Marketing budget , release of 25-40% time and at the same time Students are getting omini channel experience and able to complete process at 1/10 % time
