We belong to industrial families and have seen the industry use resources to its fullest and sometimes discard such resources, however important they maybe, as there is no one to repair or refurbish them. A very important item is the Ceramic Dewatering element used in the Paper and other Allied industry to used in the machine part where water is removed from the pulp and thus stabilizing the Paper Formation. The product is actually high grade plastic which has a very high strength and thus wear and tear does not take place easily. The industry is thus able to use it for more than 5-6 years at a stretch. But after such usage the industry just removes it and installs new set of DEWATERING ELEMENTS keeping the old ones in storage, and which has no other use. We, at Nordstern Ceramics, have learned to grind the Dewatering Elements and restore them to near new position. The product is now usable at the same place and for the same use for the same it was purchased some years back. Not only have we managed to stop wastage of the Plastics and renewed their usage, but the PAPER industry will also save Crores of rupees in investment which they had been doing as they did not have a source to renew these DEWATERING ELEMENTS. NORDSTERN CERAMICS LLP will be able to further help the industry to resolve some more problems or help them save money.
