To explore, refine, amalgamate and market ores, quartz, and other substances. To carry on business as contractors, builders, town planners, infrastructure and estate developers, engineers, and property dealers, and to acquire, purchase, lease, develop, or sell land and immovable property, erect and construct residential or commercial buildings, civil works, and undertake real estate projects in India or abroad, including improvements, alterations, and developments thereof.
