We wish to take an opportunity of introducing ourselves as one of the leaders in the fabrication, installation and commissioning of plant and machinery with allied equipment in Mushroom Industry in Northern India comprising Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J & K and Uttranchal. Our company comprising of Professionals from the field of Mushroom Farming, Mushroom Canning Unit and Process Engineering along with the highly skilled and experienced Mushroom Professional under the able and technical guidance of Mr. Gagan Malik, a highly qualified Agri Engineer with more than 15 years experience, has made the mark in terms of quality, innovative skills, workmanship, meeting the dynamic demand of our valued customers in the present global scenario. By virtue of our being a customer driven organization, we have equally made our mark in the Food Processing and Agro Based Industry in fabrication of the equipment, accessories with Customized design. We have a state of Art Fabrication Facilities at our workshop in the premises located at Plot No- 78, Secor-1, HSIIDC Saha, Ambala, Haryana. To meet the increasing demand of our valued customers in Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industries. Over a period of more than a decade, we have undertaken the various activities catering to the industry as detailed below. Activities: 1. Project Survey Feasibility Reports. 2. Consultancy Services for Mushroom Projects. 3. Basic & detailed Engineering Consultancy. 4. Manufacturing of equipments, plant & machinery. 5. Erection and commissioning. 6. Modification, expansion & trouble shooting activities. Industries Covered 1. Food Processing Industries 2. Frozen Foods, Mushroom Canning Unit 3. Fruit and vegetable canning and bottling Plants. 4. Post Harvest Machinery like Fruits and Vegetables, Washing Grading and Sorting Lines. So far we have completed the various activities large no of units in the aforesaid industries while in many nos. of units, the various activities are ongoing. We have a team of qualified Agri Engineering & Chemical Engineers, who have been with us for the last more than a decade and have been giving the following services to Mushroom Industries. 1. Manufacture of Mushroom Equipments and accessories as per customized design. 2. Sale/Purchase of old/used/second hand Mushroom equipments for mutual benefits/assistance to all in the industry. 3. Consultancy Services for Mushroom and Food Processing Projects. a) Energy Audit: Power, Fuel, water etc. b) Quality Audit: In improving shelf life, quality of mushroom and mushroom products, Food Products etc. c) Technical Audit for the Improvement in Technical efficiencies: to enhance the economic viability of the unit. d) Quality Management system Implementation: Assistance in development, establishment implementation of quality management system (ISO-9001-2015), HACCP (Food Safety Management). ISO 041120 (Environment Management System). In the coming era of global Competition, the above systems are likely to become mandatory for a food Industry not only for export but also for domestic market. e) Project Reports: For Bank/financial Institutions requirement for financial Assistance. f) Survey for Procurement and Marketing: For launching a new product in the new area/existing area.
