Nukkad tea cafe aims to develop sustainable non discriminating employment opportunities for marginalized youth of our society. Nukkad has trained, engaged and empowered 50 plus youth of hearing impaired, transgender and intellectually disabled community. We aim to create a dialogue space between two communities, thus bridging the gap and to develop a platform which offers a dignified employment for the specially abled youth and at the same time inspires our society to be compassionate, and inclusive. Nukkad being one of the very first and a few organization offering employment to Deaf, mentally challenged, transgender and all other marginalized individuals.
