Nurturant is a women-founded Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) venture dedicated to transforming the way young children are cared for and educated while supporting the aspirations of working mothers. Established in 2020 and headquartered in Gurugram, Nurturant was founded on the belief that high-quality early childhood care should nurture both the developmental needs of the child and the confidence of parents—especially mothers balancing careers and caregiving. Nurturant addresses a critical gap in India’s childcare ecosystem by providing developmentally appropriate and emotionally supportive early learning environments. Moving beyond traditional models focused on supervision or early academics, Nurturant follows a research-based, respect-driven approach that nurtures children’s emotional development, curiosity, and independent thinking. Nurturant’s flagship Tinker Lab is a play-based, child-led learning space where children explore and learn at their own pace. It focuses on holistic development by nurturing emotional intelligence, creativity, resilience, and social skills through purposeful play. Nurturant also supports families through parent coaching, educator training, and community initiatives, helping parents understand child development and reducing the emotional burden often faced by working mothers. With a scalable model supported by structured training, quality frameworks, and collaborative parent partnerships, Nurturant is building a future where early childhood care is not just safe supervision but a meaningful blend of nurturing, learning, and emotional growth.
