Established in the Year 2019, Nut Karts Private Limited is dedicated to source the best quality of Raw Cashew Nuts from across the World. Each nut is carefully processed using the best machines and technology to process the highest standard of cashew nuts. We strive to make each bite an enriching experience for our customers. Cashew Nuts are prepared both wholes and broken in plain quality without any added preservatives and artificial additives. While, value additions are made on these cashews in terms of different flavors like salt & pepper, roasted, garlic, chilly, schezwan, etc. We are also trying to invest and support in sourcing these Raw Cashew Nuts for distribution to the smaller cashew processing units who otherwise do not have the financial capability to import them directly and end up getting higher prices via a medium of various middle men. We are aware of the importance of gender diversity and aim to provide employment to 40-50 Women eventually, including training and educating them on the workings of the food processing industry. Armed with cutting edge technologies including grading Machine from Nano Pix, the Colour Sorter Machine from Venus and Compressor from Atlas Copco, the uniqueness of our work is that we are mixing the best technologies the industry can offer with expert manpower to optimize the processing and quality of the cashew nuts. Our products are being vacuumed, then flushed with food grade nitrogen before sealed in air tight pouches or tins to increase shelf life and maintain freshness. We are also well into advanced researching on the prospect of setting up a cashew shell waste unit which will expel and prepare the Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL) or Cardanol. CNSL is extensively used in polymer based industries such as friction linings, paints and varnishes, laminating resins, Rubber compounding resins, cashew cements, polyurethane based polymers, surfactants, epoxy resins, foundry chemicals and intermediates for chemical industry, Automobile, pesticides. It offers much scope and varied opportunities for the development of other tailor –made polymers. Cashew Nut shell liquid, which is extracted out of the outer shell of the nut, also has industrial applications in the automotive industry, leather, and tobacco curing. We want to promote healthy and nutritious food in India as a healthy India will rise stronger to compete with the world.We also care about our own workforce in general, aiming to provide a good working environment as well as clean basic necessities, including Commercial Water Filtration, Water Cooler, neat washrooms and proper ventilated and well-lit workstations. Combined with our employee motivation schemes, like employee of the month, festival gifting etc.. We at Nut Karts care about our employees’ health. In these difficult times, we have provided face masks, sanitizers, disposable head covers and temperature guns. We are positioning ourselves to cater to the wholesale, retail as well as the e-market segment in our bid to increase our market outreach and peoples accessibility to our product. This will result in revenue generation from different market segments. We will market our product under the brand name “Meltem Cashews” with branding and packaging being designed by the company “Designers People”. Cashews will be available in 20+ grades and 5 types of packaging material to meet any customer’s choice. Generally, the entire cashew industry is using Wood as a source of fuel for their boilers and dryers but we have installed a boiler that uses CNG as a fuel and our dryers are completely electric as we understand the need for any individual or companies to contribute to the reduction of Greenhouse Gas emissions. The health benefits of the cashew nut is exponential as it helps boost Immune System, is rich in Heart-Healthy Fatty Acids, has 0% Cholesterol, helps in Prevention of Blood Disease, is protein and dietary fibre Rich and assists weight loss amongst many other benefits as well. Our venture is promisingly scalable in the fact that we can barely meet the market demand with our current production capability and will soon need to raise finance to significantly increase the current capacity.
