IT IS AN EDUCATIONAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION DEVOTED TO ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SKILLS MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. IT IS ALSO REGISTERED AS AN MSME SERVICES ORGANIZATION. ITS MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE: 1. Training and Development programs under the unit: Academy of Organization Development 2. Competency Based Development Initiatives under the unit: Institute of Competency Development 3. Research activities in the unit: Center for Organizational Research 4. Social Development initiatives in the unit: National Youth and Social Development Network The programs are specifically and uniquely designed based on the inventories developed by Dr. Virendra Nath Srivastava who has has been awarded copyright by office of Copyright, Government of India in 5 of the inventories.
