we received raw material in the shape of liquid rubber. after receiving the raw material we will check in QC department. After QC checking received the material go for production we will dip the material in chemical tank. after dip the material tank we will dip in latex tank. after dip in latex tank finished material go for drying after the material we will remove the piece end. punching leaching surface treatment dryer, cutting inspection, packing sterilization & dispatch for market
