OneBanc is a neobank that provides digital and mobile-first banking and financial solutions. We are not a bank but a technology interface between customer and out bank partners. Using our advance technology platform, customer activity is captured across channels and analytics are used to maximize customers’ lifetime value across all product lines. Our offering goes beyond up-selling or generic cross-selling, and focus on customer centric approach, to maximize the R.O.I for both our customer and bank partners. Research shows, in-the-moment pricing and recognizes the customer as an individual, can generate a median R.O.I of 15x. Todays Gen-Y customer values experience and is willing to pay above average price for that. Banks have a large operating cost due to outdated model and physical branches. Being a fully digital bank and state of art technology, we will be able to keep the operating cost low, and customer engagement low, which in turn would result in higher margin. Our vision is to innovate on the way banking works and drive the vision of financial inclusion and cashless economy. Being completely digital we can scale to the remotest corner of India and ensure even a tier 4 city customer can get the experience of world class banking services.
