OneCircle Insurance Brokers Private Limited was formed with a vision to build a purpose-driven, profitable and impact-oriented organisation anchored in the Core Purpose of ‘Protecting Lives and Livelihoods through Insurance’. As India pursues her long-term vision of ‘Insurance for All by 2047’ – a transformative goal set forth by the Government of India and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), OneCircle is inspired to contribute meaningfully by playing a proactive, positive and progressive role in helping realise this ambitious goal. We aim to offer a ‘Circle of Protection’ TM to individuals, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Corporates by safeguarding their health, assets and life. Our goal is to reach over 10 lakhs customers by 2030 across India with focus primarily on rural markets and use of technology. With an average family size of 5, our efforts will create OneCircle of Impact that will touch the lives of 50 lakhs individuals. We plan to provide income generation and wealth creation opportunities in the rural markets by identifying, training and certifying local people who are at least Class 10th pass and appointing them as our Point of Sales Persons (PoSPs). These PoSPs will act as entrepreneurs in these markets and we will equip them with product training and use of technology, thereby increasing insurance reach, penetration and servicing capabilities. To achieve this goal, we plan is to identify and train over 15,000 PoSPs called ‘OneCircle Champions’TM empowering them to generate regular income for themselves and their families. A Smart Mobile Phone will be the only key requirement for the PoSP for delivering insurance solutions from multiple insurance companies to customers through an end-to-end-integrated technology platform – ‘CircUIT’TM (OneCircle’s User Integrated Tech - proprietary technology stack under development).
