In the presence of moisture and at room temperature, it reacts chemically with calcium hydroxide to derive compounds possessing cementitious properties. Fly ash can be used as a partially cement replacement by cement weight or as an admixture to the concrete mix. Fly Ash can also be used in road construction for filling purposes, stabilizing and constructing sub base or base. Fly ash also has good permeability and even moisture-density curve therefore, it’s become desirable material use for embankment construction, backfilling and land development works. These Fly ash pipes are more watertight and more resistant to weak acids and sulphates attack compared to ordinary cement concrete pipes. Construction continues to be one of the most labor-intensive industries. It includes many repetitive and time-consuming tasks which can be done faster through robotics and automation. Company also aims to implement Modular Construction methodology whereby prefabricated building or structures are constructed away from the building site, then delivered to the intended site. Installation of the prefabricated sections is completed on site. Prefabricated sections are sometimes placed using a crane. The modules can be placed side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing for a variety of configurations and styles. After placement, the modules are joined together using inter-module connections. The inter-connections tie the individual modules together to form the overall building structure.
