PICK MY LOAD is a two way service comprises with digital solutions for vast but unorganised logistic industry. Introduction- Maximum divisions of the logistic industry are in scattered and unstructured manner. It becomes the cause of unrest among service providers and it appears to be the main root of bad practice eventually. Major problems of this logistic market are unfair freight as per full load or part load, leading service provider’s monopoly,unavailability of vehicle at the time of need etc. we believe that organised logistic system will create a new developed market by overlapping the bad practice with creation of new structured service network and new self employed service providers as well. Here we are introducing a digital platform as an organised solution for existing logistic market. Pick my load is a structured solution designed for unstructured logistic market in order to facilitate transport service with the help of latest Information technology. The objective of this idea is to provide a simple key that will be working for availability of commercial vehicle using AI for transporting goods according to user’s requirements. At the same time it will help service providers/drivers to find leads for business considering their load capacity on real time. The idea of this project is to connect both need and service at right time and generate business in result. We have created mobile application very simple and user friendly for both customers and drivers. As per one survey report, one segmented market has minimum 500 vehicles, on an average are in operation at one city of Chhattisgarh and there are 20 major markets in one city. We have found that 70% of drivers of the market are getting business randomly. This random approach harms the overall business for drivers who are working and dealing by their own. We have created a community by registering them for free. We have registered almost 100 drivers from each market and 2000 drivers in overall. As per our calculation we have converted 25% drivers for organised community working. Scalability as per Adaptability- We are educating them for new technologies and new modern business techniques. Now we are working on digitisation of business.
