OnlineToken is a queue management solution, which allows you to create a virtual queue for your customers. This eliminates the physical queue and crowd at your waiting/reception area. Our solution is very helpful for organizations such as hospitals, banks, salons, beauty parlors, restaurants, public offices, government offices, universities, and retail chain outlets. Your customers can get in queue by either joining the waitlist or booking an appointment. Each customer will get a smart token, which shows his real-time queue position along with waiting time updated in real-time.
