Oodleynest Fin-Tech Private Limited is an early stage startup incorporated in July 29, 2020, and is focused on developing innovative fintech solutions. We have presently developed Voodlee, https://www.voodlee.com/, a wealth management tool/application which would help people save money in a most convenient manner and facilitate them to grow those savings. We aim to provide niche fintech solutions to create robust source for generating and expanding the revenue of the company and simultaneously create employment opportunities. Before incorporating the company in July 2020, we have conducted extensive research to understand the investment market and the problems faced by people to make their savings and investments. More than 200+ user interviews were conducted before identifying the problem and developing the solution to address the concerns that are usually experienced by people. Further, we are registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) for distribution of mutual funds, and in planned manner we initially attempt to offer our product which will save user’s money into mutual funds. Thereafter, we intend to gradually expand our services and provide complete technology driven wealth management solution customized as per the requirements of each individual. The company has strong, visionary team to develop, sale, and market its product and services. Gaurav Mittal is a director and manages the technology aspect of the product development (linkedin.com/in/gauravmittal15), he is a graduate in engineering (BE – Software) from University of Newcastle, Australia, and has years of experience on building technology products. Vishal Agrawal is a director and is responsible for business development (linkedin.com/in/vishal-agrawal-b63780191), he is a graduate in engineering (BE – Marine) from one of the most prestigious college DMET/MERI Kolkata, and is registered with AMFI as Mutual Fund Distributor (EUIN- E348245), and has successfully completed NISM series V-A – Mutual Fund Distributor Certification Examination; he has more than ten (10) years of experience in handling upto 40 million dollar vessels as Chief Engineer. Shruti Agarwal is a director and oversees sales and marketing of the product (linkedin.com/in/shruti-agarwal-a24230214), she holds an M. Com degree, and is registered with AMFI as Mutual Fund Distributor (EUIN- E348244), and has passed NISM series V-A – Mutual Fund Distributor Certification Examination; she also actively works to educate women and imparts training about the importance of saving.
