Opsons Lifestyle LLP is a sustainability-focused manufacturing startup engaged in the collection, segregation, processing and upcycling of post-industrial textile waste generated by garment manufacturing units. The proposed manufacturing facility will be established in the Readymade Garment Park, Gwalior, enabling direct sourcing and efficient utilization of fabric cutting waste and surplus textile materials generated by apparel manufacturers operating within the industrial cluster. The company aims to create a circular economy model by converting textile waste and recyclable textile residues into high-quality recycled fibre and value-added products. The recovered fibre and processed materials will be utilized for manufacturing pillows, cushions, comforters, mattress protectors, mattress covers, bedding products, quilted textile products, home furnishing products and other comfort and lifestyle applications. Opsons Lifestyle LLP plans to establish an organized sourcing network with garment manufacturers, implement efficient fibre recovery and processing techniques, and utilize modern manufacturing practices to produce high-quality, affordable and environmentally responsible products for residential, institutional, hospitality, healthcare and commercial sectors. Through waste reduction, resource conservation and value-added manufacturing, the company aims to transform textile waste into useful products, generate employment opportunities, support sustainable industrial development and contribute to India's circular economy and environmental sustainability goals.
