LetChek with its vision “Digitise Healthcare and Diagnostics for the benefit of the community we serve.”, has lead to the creation of an integrated platform with value added services was the result of discussion with a core team of doctors at Cochin to create a convenient and transparent diagnostic services for the patient at affordable rates, thus avoiding referral commissions, and similar practices followed by many in the health care industry today. The basic planning and the groundwork for LetChek started in early 2016, with Ø Brain storming on the concept and looking at the current societal needs and . Ø Preparation of business canvas with short term & long term goals, project funding, collaboration with strategic partners, equipping with the right tools and internal resources required for successful launch and operation. Ø Technology - business integration and creation of platform with adequate emphasis to Ux / UI. New technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence) getting introduced to health care for the first time in pathological analysis. Ø Collection of data, classification and rating of diagnostic labs with respect to quality, cost and response. Ø Business case validation with experts in respective domains like doctors, Diagnostic center owners, business & management experts and chartered accountants.
