To carry on the business of manufacturers, processor, traders, importers, exporters in Pharmaceuticals, cosmetic products pharmaceutical-fine chemicals, pharmaceutical products, medical chemical preparations, compounds, injectables, tablets & other related items & to do business as dealers of surgical, scientific diagnostic, therapeutic equipments, dental materials & other related equipments, appliances & accessories, clinic franchise, hospitals, pharmacy, scan / lab center & Other support/ Consulting Services including to develop applications and platform for managing patient information and records, clinical information like automated appointment scheduling, billing solutions, and storage of medical records, radiology and laboratory information, financial records, insurance claims for healthcare providers and facilities, and operations of hospitals, medical practices, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories. 4. To buy, sell, manufacture, import, export, distribute and otherwise deal in all kinds and varieties of cosmetics, non prescribed drugs, health care products, food preservatives and additives, fast foods, artificial flavouring, artificial dyes and colouring agents, oleoresins, beauty and skin care products, perfumes, colognes, food supplements, health aids, glamour products, Birth control medicines and devices and lubricants, mask and other items.
