ORGLENS CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED

In their own words

Orglens is a technology startup that maps and analyses the informal networks in organisations. Organisations, in many cases, are driving blind since they don’t have visibility of the real communities that are delivering value and creating meaningful connections between employees. The problem is made worse on account of the volume of data that needs to be processed to identify these communities. OrgLens addresses this problem by leveraging multiple data sources to generate a Social Graph using Organisational Network Analysis (ONA). These data sources include administering surveys which ask people who they rely on for work / mentorship / expertise etc. Analysis based on this data is called Active ONA. Another data source is conversational data from Email or Enterprise Social Networks. Analysis based on this data is called Passive ONA. Both these data sources are merged with the demographic data from the HR Information Systems (HRIS) to generate highly contextual insights – because we aren’t just studying the individuals, we’re studying the relationship they have with each other. ONA gives leaders the ability to generate actionable insights that use a combination of Social Psychology and Network Science. This means we are able to merge the nuanced insights from Social Psychology with the Analytics / Big Data capabilities of Data Science. This is important since most of current ONA solutions either approach this problem from the perspective of a Consultant (thereby offering a solutions which is very high level and not necessarily actionable) OR from the perspective of an Engineer (thereby offering solutions which are maybe a little too specific and don’t fit into the larger organisation context). The Active and Passive ONA insights can provide their own unique set of insights, as mentioned below - 1) Active ONA collects data using Surveys which are time-tested to collect data in a structured and scientific format. This also means we can collect data around specific themes like Work / Mentorship / Expertise etc – enabling us to generate very targeted insights around each of these themes. 2) Passive ONA collects data using social platforms like Email and Enterprise Social Platforms. With a heightened level of social engagement at work these days, this means Passive ONA can generate massive amounts of data which we can use to generate both primary insights (like the ones mentioned above) as well as secondary Machine Learning driven insights that require a lot of data. To summarise - OrgLens leverages multiple data sources to visualize and analyze the Social Graph of the organisation. The visualization enables leaders to get a quick summary of the Real Networks and the ML/AI driven analysis provides them actionable insights on driving value and enabling synergies. About OrgLens

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
