Orgyanik Sathwam has developed a self-sustaining, closed-loop model that uses "Napier Grass," a high-yield energy crop, as its primary feedstock. • Core Product (CBG): The process converts “Napier Grass” into CBG (or Bio-CNG), a clean fuel that can directly substitute imported CNG across India's existing network of over 8,000 stations. • Value-Added Co-Products: The model generates multiple revenue streams beyond CBG. o Liquid Fermented Organic Manure (LFOM): Revitalizes soil health and supports a circular agricultural economy. o Carbon Credits: Monetizes the net carbon reduction with a potential earning of ₹1,00,000+ per acre per year. • Energy Self-Sufficiency: The company uses a portion of its Napier Grass to generate its own power, which is estimated to save over ₹1.2 crores ($140k) in annual electricity costs per 1 TPD plant and eliminates reliance on the grid. • Farmer Prosperity: The company's Agri-Entrepreneurship approach helps farmers achieve a consistent income that is two to three times higher than conventional farming.
