Orika.ai is an AI-first software company building a suite of intelligent tools for factories across industries. Our mission is to eliminate inefficiencies in manufacturing workflows by automating tasks that are traditionally manual, time-consuming, and dependent on highly skilled resources. At the core of manufacturing lies the engineering drawing. Every quotation, production plan, procurement decision, and fabrication activity begins with understanding these drawings. Yet today, interpreting engineering drawings and extracting actionable data remains a slow and error-prone process, often handled only by factory owners or senior engineers. This leads to delayed quotations, lost orders, material wastage, and high operational stress for MSMEs. Orika.ai addresses this problem by using advanced computer vision and language models to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings such as PDFs, DWG, DXF, and images. Within minutes, Orika converts drawings into structured outputs including Bills of Materials, weight calculations, and manufacturing cost estimates. This allows factories to respond to inquiries faster, reduce human error, and significantly lower the cost of quotation generation. Our current focus is on automating quotation creation the moment an inquiry arrives—parsing drawings, generating draft quotes, and enabling quick human validation before sending them to customers. This approach helps manufacturers win more contracts without increasing manpower or overhead. Beyond quotations, Orika.ai is building toward a comprehensive AI suite that will power production planning, material procurement, design automation, and shop-floor intelligence. As we scale, Orika.ai will serve mechanical, civil, electrical, automotive, and structural industries—any domain built on engineering drawings.
