OXO Realty is going to be India's first tech enabled "House Discovery & Transaction" platform unlike other existing portals, who are more or less into subscription based property listing business model. We want to solve the real pain point of home buyers by serving them with end-to-end hand-holding from house hunting/discovery to cracking deal via our online price discovery & negotiation platform. Through this first-of-its kind "House Aggregator" platform, any prospective home buyers, from any geography across world, can explore HOUSE of his/her choice (and not just PROJECTS) in any micro-market/location. e.g.:- One can explore a good 3 BHK inventory on 10-15th floor in Central Noida, 1500-1800 sq.ft., East facing units, Budget <= 1 Crore. One can also specify few particular projects & builders name as well. Until now, these types of searches only gives results of type of projects in that location. Whereas, our platform gives details of all such projects as well as all available HOUSES in that location, as per the customers requirements. Because, ultimately after zeroing down on any project in a location, at the end of the day, customers asks for proper INVENTORY options to choose from, which is usually being served by unorganized brokers in this market. We identified this loophole and built our startup around INVENTORIES. We genuinely wants to serve the customers in very organised fashion with complete accountability in joint collaboration with builders. We've started this model from Noida & Greater Noida market and will soon expand to other potential geographies as well. We aspire to take care of every single node of a house buying journey usually faced by home buyers. And, it's not ends here. We genuinely feels that one can't solve home buyer's problems to larger extent until and unless, we don't address and solve the pain of builders/developers community as a whole, in integrated manner. And so, we've also developed a first-of-its kind cloud based Dashboard for builders to manage & control the "Inventory Management in Real-time" & "Inventory Sharing Mechanism". This will further help the builders in disposing their inventories in both the offline & online mode, with the help of offline & online channel partners, across geographies in quickest possible manner. To further strengthening the home selling ecosystem, we're also building our SaaS based platform for Brokers, wherein all RERA approved brokers will be brought on our platform. This will solve any broker company's Lead allotment & Re-allotment, Lead Nurturing, Inventory information, Inventory sharing with peers, Performance motoring, Reporting & Analytics etc. It will also help us in associating with large numbers of brokers across geographies with the power of digital world and close deals in their respective geographies using their expertise, on revenue sharing basis. This will help us in building a parallel sales team, in addition to our in-house sales team, of course. So, basically we're a B2C & B2B2C based technology enabled property transaction player (Digital channel partners) with an aim to bring great amount of transformation in the way, houses are being hunted, bought & sold. We're a first online "House Discovery & Transaction" platform.
