The P-SQUARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a private limited company registered under The Companies Act,1956 on 9th January 2014 with vide CIN U22190UP2014PTC061855. The Company has its registered address at Plat No. 8 To 17, Mini Industrial Estate, Barari, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, 281005. The company was incorporated by Mr. Rajesh Goyal and Mr. Prafull Goyal both with an objective to empower the local inhabitants with employment opportunities, by rolling out mass production of paper-made stationary items. The factory was established on the land at village Barari, District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh which comes under the scheme of the District Industries Centre of the Central Government and it goes hand in hand with the potential to generate employment in the region which is mostly surrounded by farming-driven villages. Most of the local dwellers in the vicinity of the factory are either laborers or agriculturists, the company’s factory located in the DIC site gives opportunity to the locals to try their hands in a factory from where they accrue an additional income at their disposal without any hassle to travel long to the town Mathura which is almost about 20 Km from the Village Barari. The company intends to indulge in the manufacturing and supply of stationery items like Note Books for students, Textbooks to various universities and schools under the tenders & agreements, and other stationary paper-made items in the open market through its outlet or through the in-house online e-commerce-based platform. Mr. Rajesh Goyal and Mr. Prafull Goyal both have developed a unique method of developing Notebooks, in which thread is been used in place of iron pins or metallic wire to bind the pages, so it is a thread-bound or sewn-bound notebook. This method has not only improved the binding of the books in a presentable sense but also made it stronger than before with no additional cost. These sorts of notebooks have their pages sewn together using thread providing added durability and a unique aesthetic. Using thread in place of metallic wire is more eco-friendly and is easily bio-degradable. Such an improved quality and durability of the product has also drawn the attention of distributors sitting abroad. The company is looking forward to rolling out mass production of its product line in order to grab the market located overseas and suffice the domestic requirements also.
