After working for over 20 years with various Multi National Companies, it was a shocker for members of the management team of PAAMA Agrico to see the quality requirements of the customer and customer service offered by the Agricultural Equipment Manufacturers of India. This led the founders to believe that the market, if catered to with world class quality and customer service, would be easy to address and grow. PAAMA was founded as a company that would offer products and services keeping the customer at the centre of all decisions taken in both Product as well as Sales and Marketing. Speed is the essence. The philosophy of PAAMA is “We design yesterday, what the customers need tomorrow and have them ready for delivery today” The focus is on building Products for Land preparation
