Providing innovative limited use disposable dual purpose article arrangement for use for domestic, religious or decorating purpose comprising of two segments, the upper segment comprises of the article and lower segment comprising of pot, such that the pot is filled with paper to a predetermined level and rest of the pot is filled with mixture of at least one or in combination of the compositions such as Coco peat and Vermi compost and the like and covered with food grade wrap to keep the composition intact to avoid spill out of the pot, if the pot is shaken. A small portion of the upper segment comprising of hollow space accommodates seeds or seed ball wrapped in a biodegradable tissue paper to avoid direct contact with the walls of the upper segment and the wrap. At any point of time, if the upper segment comes in contact with aqueous solution, the upper segment dissolves and settles within the lower segment, enabling the seeds to get nourishment from the mineral rich ingredients of the lower segment with complimenting supplements enabling the seeds or seed ball wrapped in the upper segment to germinate and become saplings which further can be grown into plants if required care taken
