We are manufacturers of banana flour based products based in noida . This flour is made from green bananas. The flour is gluten free, easy to digest, fat free and rich in dietary fiber. It has exceptional nutritional and nutraceutical qualities as it is extremely rich in vitamins, minerals, and resistant starch Moreover, it is made from those bananas which are either wasted on the farm or rejected in the market due to shape or size issues. We have conducted experiments by mixing banana flour with local millets to come up with biscuits and cookies which are not only tasty but are also very nutritious. Our aim is to ensure that the disparity between the market alternatives and nutritional requirements of an individual is bridged through the use of our products
