Company’s Start-up has been formed with the object to manufacture available products WITH ADVANCED LEVEL QUALITY AND COST-EFFECTIVE. For good quality of products, company is using the virgin material with the GMP Standards notified. In the present market, for the manufacturing of the APIs, they use the general quality products with the assay between 99% to 99.2% but we are using the virgin material products with the assay of 99.5% or more to achieve the advanced level quality of the company’s products. For Cost effectiveness to the company, company manufactures some of the required intermediate materials itself, which we are using for manufacture of APIs. So, it will be cost effective to us for making the APIs. We have planning to source the material directly from manufacturer. So, it will also be cost effective to the company. The detailed object of the company is to carry on in India or elsewhere the business to manufacture, produce, process, prepare formulate, condense, distill, boil, sterilize, pasteurize, develop, treat, disinfect, compound, mix, concentrate, pack, repack, cure, refine, add, remove, pure, preserve, glade, freeze, improve, extract, operate, buy, sell, resell, import, export, barter, transport, store, forward, distribute, dispose, develop, research, discover, manipulate, market, supply and to act as a manufacturers, producers, refiners, formulators, growers, processors, brokers, exporters, importers, traders, whole-sellers, retailers, distributors, concessionaries, dealers, adatia, representative, stockiest, consultants, collaborators, liasioner, middleman, buyers, sellers, agents of all classes and kinds of medical apparatuses, instruments, appliances and tools required by physicians, surgeons, doctors, consultants, dentists and orthopedicians in their respective professions, job-workers or otherwise to deal in all types, descriptions, specifications, strengths and applications of pharmaceutical and chemical products of medicaments in all its branches such as homeopathic, allopathic, ayurvedic, herbal, unani, siddha, bio-chemic or nature cure or any other medicinal system or branch of medicine or as beauty aid or personal hygiene etc., whether for human, animal, birds, insects for whatever purposes, such as prevention, cu ration and nourishment including basic drugs, intermediates, tonics, antibiotics, enzymes, steroids, vitamins, hormones, biological & immunological chemicals, contraceptives, surgical plaster of paris, surgical dressings, belladonna plasters, dressings, bandages, waddings, gauzes, adhesives, belts, sutures, ligatures, rubber goods, vaccines, toxins, ferments, yeasts, medical gases, diagnostic agents, oils and mother tinctures, trituration, globules, creams, scents, soaps, lotions, shampoo, toilet goods and all kinds of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical preparations, medical products in all forms such as drugs, capsules, tablets, powders, ointments, syrups, injectibles, spirits, injections, pills, fluids, granules, sprayers, inhalers, mineral waters, droppers, removers, veterinary medicines, poultry medicines, herbal products, their by-products, intermediates, residues, mixtures, compounds and other allied goods and to do all such acts and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects.
