With the help of these cold storages, the company will monitor following parameters; temperature, relative humidity, oxygen and carbon dioxide level, ethylene production ect. As the company grows so will the infrastructure and these cold storages will not only reduce the wastage of the fresh produce but also help the government control inflation and maintain economic equilibrium of fresh produce, why the prices of any commodity increases after all, because demand is not met by the supply of the product.
