Parkes and Rao is a brainchild of a research enthusiast Dr. Radhika Jade, an ordinary middle-class women with an extraordinary drive to bring the difference in the way Indian market research firms are perceived at the global market. We study the consumers beyond the boundaries of satisfaction and delight and identify the factors 'empowering' them. We are team of experts with over 20 years of experience from research, academia and corporate. We aim to train, employ and empower the Indian youth, especially women. It is our fourth year in India market as an independent entity promoted by a privately owned UK organization. Parkes and Rao tries to provide end-to-end services to both in the business and consumers market globally. Our aim is to provide quality insights with cost effective means to help start-ups test their concepts or prototypes or any service (new app in the market) that they want to offer in the local or global market. We conduct dip-stick studies, market potential surveys, consumer satisfaction surveys, to assist the start-ups/industries understand the market need. This enables in conserving the resources of the individuals, company or that of the nation at large. Also, research conducted at different life stages of industries / products / services, enables the organizations to know and meet the global consumer needs and quality requirements to attain a global platform for ‘make in India’ products/services. The vision of the firm nurtures the dream of the entrepreneur to ‘empower the unorganized sector of retailers in India’. May it be Kiranas or watch repairer or smartphone accessory seller or a street hawkers or a milk supplier from the neighboring villages, we strive to connect these sector of people with relevant market surveys, insights, trainings and technology to improve their customer care, services in their filed of business. This boosts their confidence, carve their niche and face the competition posed by the orgnised / online sector.
