ParkWise Private Limited aims to make better use of available parking spaces by turning them into shared parking spots. The idea is simple property owners in residential buildings, apartments, private homes, hotels, or garages can rent out their unused parking spaces when they don’t need them. This way, people looking for parking whether residents or visitors can easily find a spot without wasting time driving around. At the same time, owners can earn passive income by renting out their underutilized parking spaces. This promotes a sharing economy, where unused resources are shared for mutual benefit. In large Indian cities like Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, people often spend 25–35 minutes every day just looking for parking. With limited space and increasing vehicle numbers, this is not only frustrating but also adds to traffic and pollution. ParkWise aims to solve this by offering a digital platform that makes parking easier, faster, and more affordable. Users can: •⁠ ⁠Find available parking near them •⁠ ⁠Book for a few hours, days, or longer •⁠ ⁠Pay digitally with UPI The platform will also use Generative AI and user-friendly design to improve recommendations and experience for both owners and drivers. Our goal is to create a more convenient and sustainable parking system, while also generating income for space owners. The business model is commission-based, meaning ParkWise earns a small percentage from each booking, making the model scalable and profitable as more users join the platform.
