The directors of this agency is Mr. B.S.Parmar, who has excellent experience to supply Trained And Skilled Man power to industries and Mr. Anil Kumar Chouhan who has vast experience of 15 years in private security services sector, till to date. ABOUT US: “Parmar Safeguard Services Pvt. Ltd.” is a Professional venture in Security Industry. We have our Head office at Mandideep and network of branch office in Madhya Pradesh. The Operations are controlled by A Team of Area Officers. We have varied services for customers from, armed & unarmed guarding, cash management service, and consultancy in all matters related to security of human, materials, valuable and information. OUR VISION: It is to impart security professionally and set the standard of training of guard personal by introducing unique security and fire fighting systems in your establishment. As industry organizations are well aware about theft, indiscipline unaccountability of regular worker and labor. These are the major problem in industries and privet business sector; with our vast experience we have achieved great success in overcoming and avoiding these all problems. We have presently well trained sufficient number of employees on our roll, we are capable to meet day to day requirements on very short notice, This agency having well experience team which consisting Operational Manager, Field officers and trainer to meet the requirements of clients as well as monitor the deployed man power. We proudly declare that we had never faced any manpower shortage in our force. Our employees are strictly prohibited to join any union. They are also not allowed to mix with any other undesirable elements. The Scope of our Services will be as under: • Basic Survey &assessment of your security requirements at actual location. • While recruiting the security guards from security industry we put attention on each individual for following points which are given below. • Providing adequate qualified and experience security personnel as per your requirement and as per the terms and condition agreed upon. • Providing Physically & Medically fit age maintaining normally (25 to 45 years old) Of security personal, agency maintaining a very high standard of turn-out, discipline and proper cleaned smart uniform of their security personnel • We provide Security Guards after doing their Character Police Verification report only. • Security personnel are being checked by senior for their turn out and uniform, if found not satisfactory then they are not given duty for the day. • Security personnel shall have success to check of industrial premises/organization of any threat from any sabotage, robbery, theft, pilferages, fire and safety. • Providing timely feed back to the management on daily basis for the above. • Security checks of all incoming and outgoing material/vehicle and maintaining their records. • Providing services for controlling and the mobs and unruly behaviors of labor. • Vigilance services for finding out lapses on safety standards by staff as well as labors etc. • Fire on emergency alarms, first aid and various other spot services desired by company officials from time to time. • Command and control: For effective Command and control over security personnel those who are deployed in far-flung areas, we provide jeep, motor cycle and mobile to our staff for quick action and better communication, monitoring team consist of frequent routine checks and mass raids, which keep the personnel well turned-out, discipline and alert at all the time. Reporting Format: Feedback and control is an intrinsic part of our operations. Our Internal Field Officer/Supervisor conducts a site per day per client for on the spot verification. Client’s Dissonance or dissatisfaction if any is taken care of immediately. Night Checks & Monitoring System: • Our Field officer/Supervisor conduct regular night checks for alertness. The Details of these measures are regularly reported back to the management for their evaluation and action. • To Keep All Security Staff alert at their respected units/ establishment, we do maintain a control room which operates from midnight 00:00 to 06:00 hours at every night. During this period all unit’s supervisors / ASO are required to make reports to control rooms at every half an hour periodically throw company’s communication system. Training Schedule: • Guard personnel are given specific training capsule depending on the site at which they are required to be posted. This Specific training as per client requirement and guards are trained on specific Jobs of that particular post e.g. ATM, Hospitality, Industry, Residential, VIP Protection etc. • We provide on job training to our security personnel when they are on duty regarding security system, fire fighting systems (theoretical) as well as practical and parade drill on every Sunday. • All
