PAT AI LABS LLP is a Hyderabad-based technology startup building YaaDoc. A WhatsApp-native appointment and patient-engagement automation platform for small clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies in tier 2/3 Indian cities. The majority of India's small clinics still manage appointments manually through phone calls and paper registers, resulting in high no-show rates, lost follow-up revenue, overcrowded waiting rooms, and poor patient experience. Existing clinic-management software is built for large hospitals too expensive, too complex, and dependent on patients downloading yet another app, which this market rejects. YaaDoc eliminates this adoption barrier entirely by delivering the complete experience inside WhatsApp, the application patients and clinic staff already use daily. Patients book, reschedule, and receive automated reminders and follow-ups on WhatsApp, while clinics get a cloud dashboard for per-doctor scheduling, queue management, no-show tracking, and broadcast messaging no new app, no hardware, no training. Built as a multi-tenant SaaS on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, with PAT AI LABS LLP as a Meta-verified Business Solution Provider, YaaDoc onboards a clinic in under 20 minutes with pre-approved, multilingual, compliance-safe message templates at a fraction of the cost of existing solutions. The platform is designed to scale beyond healthcare into a horizontal WhatsApp business-automation platform with industry-specific vertical packs covering diagnostic labs, pharmacies, salons, and coaching institutes, along with AI-driven appointment intelligence and pan-India reach. This creates direct employment in engineering and field operations, and enables affordable digital transformation for lakhs of small businesses currently excluded from enterprise software, generating wealth at the bottom of India's SME pyramid.
