Our company is a dynamic and multifaceted enterprise that carry on the business of production, distribution, or exhibition of Films, music and music video songs, podcasts, movies documentary and motion pictures and the running of theatres, cinemas, studios and cinematographic shows, and Promoting handloom and handicrafts by organizing various events and exhibitions in local areas. Our startup aims to create a sustainable business model that not only generates revenue but also has a significant social impact. A production company is responsible for the development and filming of a specific production or media broadcast. In entertainment, the production process begins with the development of a specific project. Because a production company is only operational when a production is being produced and most of the talent and crew are freelancers, many production companies are only required to hire management staff that helps to oversee the company's daily activities. In some cases, a production company can be run by only a handful of people. The company's funds are mainly committed towards employing talent, crew, and acquiring new updated production equipment on a regular basis. Our startup can be categorized as a social enterprise with a focus on media production and artisan support. To undertake, handle and carry on business in India and abroad connected with events for different corporate companies or individuals which includes any happenings such as organizing and management of luxury events , government and private events, seminars, conferences and social events. It combines creative industries with social impact initiatives. The startup addresses a multifaceted problem that revolves around unemployment, underutilized artisan skills, and a lack of awareness about modern technology in rural areas. The core issues include high unemployment rates, the underrepresentation of artisan talent in the public eye, and insufficient integration of modern technology and skills
