We are Pax Innovation ICT Services Pvt. Ltd., a passenger innovation startup that focuses on aggregating and digitising airport services, commerce and passenger experience. This aggregate suite of services is abstracted as an SDK layer that is deeply integrated with airport applications such as Airport Operational Database (AODB), Departure Control Systems (DCS) of Airlines, Parking Management System (PMS), electronic point of sales (POS) and much more. Founded in 2017, our flagship product, Hoi App , an intuitive machine learning enabled travel assistant, is digitalising air travel touch points across major Indian airports including New Delhi and Hyderabad.
